Kitchen Photos - Dumpster Dive

I had to share some kitchen photos with you today. I was inspired by a recent dumpster dive. Okay not really a dumpster dive...more like a placed next to the dumpster. I think my Mom & I have worn off on my Dad. He came home from work the other day with this great piece he found outside a dumpster. WOW! I was thrilled to be the lucky recipient. When it came home it went into the garage and has sat there for the past few weeks. Until the light bulb went off in my head yesterday -I have a kitchen cart in my garage! (This is how my brain works...scary)  So I grabbed a bucket of soapy water and went to work cleaning my new kitchen addition. I think the stainless steel cart adds so much to the kitchen.  It ties in with the appliances, stools, and hardware. I also have a great new place to store my Kitchen Aid Mixer.

Remember never be afraid of a little dumpster dive or a stop to pick something up on the side of the road. It is were some of the best finds come from.
